Hi Amy, yes, you can either upgrade your Snagit license to the latest version here, or download your old version of Snagit here. Is there a way to install on my new computer? I think that was about the transferring of your TechSmith software from one computer system to the new one. Follow the prompts to install the app on the new computer. Wait for the pop up where to enter the software key while installing. For that same reason, you will go to these steps to perform such un-installation action. This will, again, depend on your OS or operating system. You will need to copy this software key for its activation on the new computer system.
Take note that the software key is about 25 characters of letters and numbers, which are presented at the locations mentioned above. So, you own a Snagit app?
